I’ve always done sport…when I was young I only ever did team sports. As an adult, through running, I’ve found my own dimension, my equilibrium.

Running represents my secret room that no-one else can enter, where I’m all alone with my thoughts. But running also allows me to share with those who, like me, run full and half marathons, that sense of exhaustion and suffering and the great sense of pride in winning the race against yourself.
